Orchid not in bloom.

Pot 2.5"

The Phalaenopsis pulcherrima var. champorensis alba is an exceptionally rare white form of this terrestrial species, lacking all anthocyanin pigments for pure white blooms. Native to Southeast Asia's dry forests, it requires distinct seasonal care: summer growth in 25-32°C heat with moisture, followed by a strict dry winter rest (Nov-Feb) at cooler 15-18°C nights. Grow in mineral-based media (pumice/akadama) to mimic its natural habitat, providing bright filtered light (3,000-4,000 lux). This trophy-status orchid is coveted for its 3-4cm crystalline white flowers that emerge after summer rains. Unlike most Phalaenopsis, it thrives in terrestrial conditions and resents overpotting - use shallow containers matching its 15-25cm spread.

These care guidelines are based on general information and may need adjustments based on your specific growing conditions and the needs of your individual plant.
