This medium-sized orchid (25-40cm) thrives in bright conditions (3,500-5,000 lux) and moderate humidity (60-75%), flowering reliably in spring when given a slight winter cooldown (15-18°C nights). The 'Pinta' clone designation ensures consistent, high-quality blooms across all plants. Grow in a coarse, free-draining mix and water when the medium is nearly dry to maintain healthy roots. While rare in general cultivation, its compact habit and intense colouration make it ideal for collectors with limited space. Provide excellent air movement to mimic its natural epiphytic habitat.
