The Phalaenopsis Charming Flamingo is a beautiful beginner-friendly orchid hybrid likely prized for its soft pink to blush-coloured flowers. Like all Phalaenopsis (moth orchids), it thrives in stable 18-28°C indoor temperatures and medium indirect light – an east-facing windowsill is perfect. Water only when the potting medium feels dry to the touch, usually every 7-10 days . Named hybrids like 'Charming Flamingo' are selected for their appealing flower colour and reliable performance. While uncommon in mass-market stores, they make wonderful additions to any collection. With minimal care, expect 8-12 weeks of winter-to-spring blooms year after year.
