This intermediate-level orchid thrives in 18-24°C (65-75°F) days and cooler 12-15°C (54-59°F) nights . It requires 70-80% humidity with good air circulation to prevent fungal issues . Water 2-3 times weekly in summer, allowing the medium to dry between waterings, and reduce frequency in winter . Provide bright light — it can tolerate some direct sun, though newly repotted plants benefit from midday shade . Fertilise weekly during flowering and flush the medium with distilled water monthly to prevent salt buildup . This specialist hybrid is available from select nurseries and is highly regarded among collectors for its striking red blooms .
