The Cattleya schroederae × sib is a sibling cross of one of Colombia's most treasured orchid species, producing 12–15cm pale lavender-pink flowers with a characteristic bright orange-yellow throat and an intoxicating sweet fragrance. Known as the 'Easter orchid' for its spring flowering time, this species follows a predictable seasonal cycle that makes it an excellent choice for growers learning Cattleya care. New growth emerges in early spring, completes by summer, then the plant rests through winter while buds develop slowly within sheaths – opening to spectacular blooms from February to April. Provide strong light (3,000–5,000 lux)60–80% humidity, and a 8–10°C day-night temperature differential for optimal health. With its Vulnerable conservation status in its native Colombia, cultivated plants like this sibling cross offer an opportunity to appreciate this magnificent species while supporting conservation efforts.

Always monitor your Phalaenopsis Perfection Is 'Chen' closely and adjust care practices as needed based on its individual response and the specific conditions in your growing environment.
